These are easily assembled the night before using your own favorite ingredients. When placed in a disposable cup and covered with plastic wrap, they can easily be grabbed in the morning to eat on the way to school.
Start with a layer of granola cereal, adding some yogurt, and layering some fresh or frozen fruit. Make a second layer of granola, yogurt, and fruit. Place in the refrigerator until morning.
