Add cranberries – they will float. Place a floating candle in the center of the cranberries. Children often like to help in the kitchen so gather small holiday cookie cutters. Buy cranberry jelly sauce in a 16 ounce can and chill in the refrigerator. Open both ends of the can and slide jelly onto a plate. Slice into ½ inch pieces. Using the small cookie cutters, place on the jelly sauce and cut out the shapes. Help a child put on a serving platter with lettuce.
