The number one gift that so many people enjoy receiving is the gift of time. This idea encourages the making of a “giving tree.” Any small artificial or live tree will work. The “tree” is filled with gifts of time that are packaged up however you would like. The tree can be designed to give to a child or for a child to give to an adult.
Decide if the “giving tree” is for an adult or a child.
Create a list of possible events to share through out the year.
Write each event on a card and attach to the tree. Gift cards decorated with stickers can be one way to put on the tree.
The receiver redeems a gift card by letting the giver know which card is being redeemed and setting a date.
