Children like to be encouraged to do something special for Mom, Grandma, or other women who play an important role in their life. This activity is fun with some help from Dad, a babysitter, or an older sibling. You will be making a simple book titled, “Kissing Book for Mommy”.

• You will need paper (I used ½ of a 8 ½ x 11 sheets), marker, lipstick, and stapler or binder rings.
• Make the title page on the computer or let a child hand decorate – “Kissing Book for Mommy”.
• On each page, have a child write the numbers from 1 to 10 with marker.
• Put lipstick on a child’s lips (girls think this is so coooooool) and give each numbered paper that many kisses. You may have to redo the lipstick after each kiss. Place the paper flat on a table and give it a great big KISS.
• Put the pages together into booklet form and staple, use a ring or ribbon to hold pages together.
• Child will share booklet with Mom, stating that when a kiss is needed just tear out a “kiss coupon” and you can redeem for that many kisses!!!

This idea is totally from a child’s heart – no money needed to let Mom know how special she is to the family.
